Hello!

 I'm Katie, owner of  Valiant Personal Training, LLC. I'm a full time employee, owner of  Valiant PT, and  a mom. I fully understand what it means to be busy. Whether you're busy because you have kids, a demanding career, you're a caretaker, or you're an entrepreneur, you can still reach your goals. It takes time, effort and dedication, but your health doesn't have to be put on the back burner.

Understanding why you're doing exercises, how to perform them correctly and learning to adjust your schedule and nutrition to match your goals will help you tremendously. When training with me you'll learn why you're doing exercises, and how to implement small habits to keep you on track.
