Hello!

 I'm Katie, owner of  Valiant Personal Training. I have worked with college athletes, middle school athletes, pregnant women, and new mothers. I help my clients achieve their goals by focusing on sustainable habits backed by science. I went back to school for my Master's in Strength Training and Conditioning due to the health and fitness misinformation taking social media by storm. Social media has become a huge part of people's lives. The trends and "programs" our young athletes, and women are following can be harmful, and there is no quick fix when it comes to improving our health. 

Understanding why you're doing exercises, how to perform them correctly, and learning to adjust your schedule and nutrition to match your goals will help you tremendously. When training with me you'll learn why you're doing exercises and how to implement small habits to keep you on track. It's time to stop seeking the quick fixes or quitting after a short period of time. Let's work together to reach and maintain your goals!
